Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 medium beet, peeled
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Cut the beet into quarters.
  2. Cut the apple into quarters and core.
  3. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  4. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
