Easy, delicious vegan gluten-free pumpkin pie everyone can enjoy! This classic dessert is egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free AND gluten-free...but no one will know.

Gather the Ingredients

1 x unbaked vegan gluten-free pie crust – pure pumpkin puree – unsweetened non-dairy milk – brown sugar, or coconut sugar

Gather the Ingredients

arrowroot starch or cornstarch – pumpkin pie spice – vanilla extract – salt

– Combine pumpkin puree, unsweetened  non-dairy milk, sugar, arrowroot starch, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk everything together.

– Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust and smooth the top with a rubber spatula. - Bake.

– Remove the pie from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before serving.

– Serve plain or with dairy-free whipped cream.
