A recipe for easy raspberry sauce that can be used as a dessert topping. All you need is four ingredients and 20-minutes to make this sweet, tangy, raspberry coulis treat!

Gather the Ingredients

– granulated sugar – water – fresh or thawed frozen raspberries – lemon juice

- Add  sugar and water to a small pot. Heat, stirring  occasionally. – Add raspberries, sugar mixture, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender and pulse until all raspberries have broken down.

- Pass the raspberry mixture through a sieve over a bowl using a spoon or rubber spatula to press the mixture through. Continue until only seeds remain in the sieve. Discard the  seeds.

- Add raspberry sauce to a jar and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Use to top desserts, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, ice cream, and more!

This raspberry sauce will last about 5-7 days and can be frozen, if needed. (Details in the full post)
