Easy vegan gluten-free brownies that are chewy, fudgy, and super chocolaty. NO ONE will know these delicious brownies are free from eggs, dairy, and gluten!

Gather the Ingredients

– ground flax seeds – water – gluten free flour – cocoa powder – baking powder – salt

Gather the Ingredients

– melted vegan butter – organic cane sugar or granulated sugar – vanilla extract – chocolate chips

– Prepare flax egg, set aside. Whisk gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together. – Add  sugar and flax eggs to a medium bowl, and beat for 2 minutes.

– Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stir until they have fully combined. – Stir in the chocolate chips. - Transfer mixture to a prepared baking pan.

– Bake 22-24 minutes or until the center is slightly set and an inserted toothpick comes out with moist crumbs and no wet batter (be careful not to  overbake!)

Remove from the oven and cool for 2 minutes. Remove from the baking pan and place on a cooling rack.

– Cool completely before slicing.
