– melted vegan butter– dark brown sugar– vanilla extract– chocolate chunks (or chocolate chips)
– Prepare flax egg, set aside.– Whisk gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt together.– Add melted butter and dark brown sugar to a medium bowl, and mix well until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a prepared baking pan.– Bake 22-23 minutes or until the center is slightly set and an inserted toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
