  • 1 cup berries, washed (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries...whatever you have on hand)
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
