Loaded with delicious berries, and a sweet ripe peaches, this Peach Berry Smoothie Bowl can be topped with whatever you like to suit your taste.

Ingredients
Smoothie

frozen banana
1
ripe peach
1
cup
of berries
(they can be fresh or frozen and you can use different types, just as long as they equal 1 cup)
1
handful of washed baby spinach
1
cup
water or non-dairy milk
Toppings
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
1
tablespoon
hemp hearts
1
tablespoon
shredded coconut
Sliced peaches
assorted berries
Instructions
Add frozen banana, peach, berries, spinach, and liquid to your blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Top with the toppings.
