  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 cup of berries (they can be fresh or frozen and you can use different types, just as long as they equal 1 cup)
  • 1 handful of washed baby spinach
  • 1 cup water or non-dairy milk



  • Add frozen banana, peach, berries, spinach, and liquid to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  • Top with the toppings.
