Quick, easy, creamy vegan peanut butter buttercream frosting that’s light, fluffy, 100% dairy-free and naturally gluten-free! Use on cakes, cupcakes, cookies & more.

Gather the Ingredients

vegan butter – peanut butter – salt – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – unsweetened non-dairy milk (optional)

Add butter, peanut butter, and salt to a bowl and mix for 1 to 2 minutes. – Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix again, stop to scrape down the sides of your bowl.

- Mix until light and fluffy. If the frosting is too stiff, add a little dairy-free milk, one teaspoon at a time, mixing after each addition, until the desired consistency is met.

- Mix until light and fluffy. Stop occasionally to scrape  down the sides of the bowl.  - Mix for a couple more minutes if your preference is a creamier, fluffier frosting.

Use this irresistible vegan peanut butter frosting as a cake frosting or for brownies, cookie sandwiches, macarons, whoopie pies, sugar cookies, and more.
