All you need to make this homemade vegan pumpkin latte is FIVE ingredients and less than 10 minutes. It’s the perfect dairy-free drink to warm up with on cold fall days.

Gather the Ingredients

unsweetened dairy-free milk - coffee or espresso – pumpkin purée - pumpkin pie spice – sweetener – optional toppings

– Pour the coffee into a mug and set aside.  - Add the dairy-free milk, pumpkin, and spice to a small pot and whisk until everything is combined. - Heat until steaming.

– Add sweetener, stir, taste, and adjust as necessary.

– Carefully pour  hot milk mixture into the mug with the coffee.

– Top with foamed milk or dairy free whipped cream. (Instructions for foaming milk are in the full recipe)
