Easy Vegan Vanilla Pudding

Rich, homemade, creamy vegan chocolate pudding that’s dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free. It's just like the classic you grew up with!

Gather the Ingredients

– sugar - cocoa powder – cornstarch – salt – unsweetened non-dairy milk – vanilla extract

– Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt to a medium saucepan. Whisk until combined and no lumps remain. Slowly whisk in milk.

– Place pot on medium-high heat and continuously whisk until mixture has thickened. Remove pot from the heat and whisk in vanilla.

– Pour pudding into a glass bowl or individual serving bowls. – Place plastic wrap on the surface of the pudding and refrigerate.

– Refrigerate pudding for at least 2 hours so it can set.

– Serve cold, either plain or with coconut whip and fresh berries or fruit.
