10-minute creamy, dreamy, fluffy vegan buttercream frosting that’s perfect for decorating all of your cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more!

Gather the Ingredients

– vegan butter – salt – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – unsweetened non-dairy milk

– Add butter and salt to a bowl and mix until soft and creamy. – Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix again, stop to scrape down the sides of your bowl.

Add the vanilla and milk, continuing to mix. Add additional teaspoons of milk until the desired consistency is met.

- Mix until light and fluffy. Stop occasionally to scrape  down the sides of the bowl.  - Mix for a couple more minutes if your preference is a creamier, fluffier frosting.

Use this delicious dairy-free buttercream as a vegan cake frosting or for brownies, cookie sandwiches, macarons, whoopie pies, sugar cookies, and more.
