Strawberry Blackberry  Banana Smoothie

10 minutes is all you need to make this creamy strawberry blackberry banana smoothie. Use fresh or frozen berries and the milk of your choice.

Gather the Ingredients

strawberries – blackberries  – a small banana – ½ of an avocado  – 2 tablespoons hemp hearts – 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice

Ingredient Note:

There's no sweetener in this smoothie, it's naturally sweetened with the fruit, but if you would like more sweetness, you can add a little maple syrup or a pitted date.

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth, roughly 1 minute.

Pour into one cup for one large serving or two cups for two smaller servings

Serve at breakfast, brunch or enjoy as a midday a snack.

Garnish your smoothie with fresh berries or a sprinkle of hemp hearts.
